The restaurant: A place that will make you discover the era of the “1001 Night”. You’ll have the chance to try well prepared Moroccan meals while sitting on comfortable cushions under tents around the arena.

The diner: composed of essential meals of the Moroccan cuisine: harira, mechoui, couscous, pastries, green mint tea … made by authentic Cordon Bleu of the Red City.

Folkloric groups: throughout the savory meal, acrobats and musicians from different regions of Morocco will have the honor to amaze you.

The Fantasia: also known as lab al baroud (Arabic for “gunpowder game”) or Tbourida, is a stylized reenactment of a wartime cavalry charge a celebration of the region’s history and of the bond between horse and rider. And it consists of having a line of horsemen, clad in flowing white garments, thunders across the desert, kicking up a cloud of red dust in their wake. Suddenly, in one nearly identical motion, the riders raise their arms and fire rifles into the air, the sounds of the shots blending into a single, overpowering clap of gunpowder.
