At Morocco Trips Solution, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services, including transfers, tours, excursions, and activities.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 7 days before the service date: Full refund will be issued.

  • Between 3–7 days before the service date: 50% refund will be issued.

  • Less than 3 days before the service date: No refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Us

If Morocco Trips Solution cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or unavailability), customers will be entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule.

4. No-Shows

No refund will be granted to customers who fail to appear at the agreed meeting point or at the scheduled time.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take between 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services or promotional offers may be labeled as “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking. These services are not eligible for refunds.
