More than 7 days before the service date: Full refund will be issued.
Between 3–7 days before the service date: 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 3 days before the service date: No refund will be provided.
If Morocco Trips Solution cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or unavailability), customers will be entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule.
No refund will be granted to customers who fail to appear at the agreed meeting point or at the scheduled time.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time may take between 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certain services or promotional offers may be labeled as “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking. These services are not eligible for refunds.
